Our farmhouse is located in Torria, in the municipality of Chiusanico, in the upper Impero valley, at 437 m. (1,433 ft.) a.s.l., in a very pleasant position, 15 km. (25 min. by car) from Imperia, the provincial capital, and 17 km. away from the nearest beaches of Imperia-Oneglia.

Ours is a hospitality farm, immersed in the tranquility of a village of 150 inhabitants.

It can be reached from the A10 highway, exiting at IMPERIA EST and taking the S.S. 28 northwards, road that crosses the whole valley.

It consists of 3 apartments and adjacent to each other, which overlook a beautiful Mediterranean garden on two levels: the upper one, where they are located, and a nice little lawn below, which overlooks the road.

A typical village house in the Ligurian countryside, an ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday of relaxation, tranquility, sun and pure air in the midst of nature.

We call ourselves “L’ULIVO di SEMPRE” for two reasons:
- the first, to remind everyone that the olive trees that adorn our valleys, which represent a source of sustenance for us, are plants with a potential age-old, almost eternal longevity;
- the second, because in the same building where the 3 apartments now stand, until 2000 there was our family restaurant, which was called “L'ULIVO”.

In fact, passions of cooking, gastronomy, wine and good service to our customers, combined with that of music, have remained within us.

The 3 apartments are 2 two-room apartments, called “BLU” and “VERDE”, and a studio apartment, called “ BIANCO”.

The “BLU” and the “VERDE” can accommodate up to 6 people each, while the “BIANCO” studio apartment up to 4 people.

All have a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, complete set of dishes, coffee makers, toasters, etc. - Sat TV and free WI-FI.

They have in common the garden equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue area and, on the floor above the apartments, there is a large panoramic terrace of 100 m²., equally furnished, ideal for sunbathing, with the splendid view to 360 ° across the valley, in a breathtaking landscape ranging from the Ligurian Sea of Imperia to the Maritime Alps.

In front of the farmhouse we have a large private parking area.

Upon request we provide linen for the bed and the bathroom, as well as the heating, when needed.

We are always available, living in the same building or, in case of absence, reachable by phone.

We host dogs, cats and other small animals, being our garden completely fenced with fences and gates.

We cultivate in our land the famous “Taggiasco” olive trees, whose olives we sell to local millers to produce the well-known “Taggiasco Extra Virgin Olive Oil - D.O.P. - Riviera dei Fiori”, which we gladly let our guests taste.

Torria's climate is mild and typical of the Riviera dei Fiori, often reached by a pleasant breeze from the sea, through the valley particularly appreciable on hot summer evenings.
Torria is the typical Ligurian hill village, sunny but cool, where you can spend a varied and never banal holiday, among the attractions of the coast and the discovery of the hinterland.
For those who love walking or cycling, Torria is the starting point of various hiking or mountain biking trails.

There's a restaurant where you can taste the dishes of the typical cuisine of our countryside and, in Chiusanico, only 2 km away a shop for everyday shopping.
For “full shopping” in the valley, between Pontedassio and Imperia, there is a large area occupied by shopping centers, open every day at non-stop times, or various shops in Imperia and the surrounding villages.
